Hi Francis,

Please proceed however I have seen repeated issues related to Bobcat at Ntunga, one of the feedback you gave me is related  to competency of operators. Can you prepare a report with issues related to operators I will have a meeting with them on Friday.

Subject: Requesting for the approval

Dear GM,

I’m writing to kindly request your approval regarding the initiating the emergency of spare parts for Yellow Bobcat (BOB 02), which experienced a breakdown and is critically required for ongoing mining operations at the Ntunga site.

Our Mechanical Supervisor is currently at Kigali sourcing the required spares locally and, fortunately, they have been identified. Please find the attached proforma invoices for your review and approval. The total cost of the spares is RWF 1,026,600.

Your timely approval will enable us to restore the equipment and avoid further operational delays.

Regards,

Francis NDAWURA
