I am writing to formally request approval to purchase 12 U channels, for supporting the surface shaft ( Kagigi) as required.

Following the discussions with Francis and the relevant team members, we have agreed that the purchase of 12 U channels is necessary.

For cost cutting purpose , we plan to source additional materials for fabricating the winch supports such as H beams from other areas that already installed such supports, particularly from the Musha Tunnel and the Auxiliary Plant, both of which are currently on hold and not in operation.
